Actus has been awarded a 4-year project by the Kansas Department of Commerce to conduct a randomized controlled trial (RCT) impact evaluation of the Kansas RESEA program.

Actus has been awarded a 4-year contract with the Kansas Department of Commerce to evaluate the Kansas Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) program. The evaluation includes: 1) a randomized controlled trial (RCT) impact study to produce evidence on the effectiveness of the Kansas RESEA program to help UI claimants achieve better employment outcomes and reduce their UI receipt, and 2) an implementation study to assess the implementation of the program and the processes used to deliver services.
