Actus has contracted with the Colorado Workforce Development Council to conduct a three-year implementation and outcomes assessment of the Colorado Workforce Innovation Act HB21-1264 initiative, a $60 millian initiative to support Colorado's post-pandemic workforce needs. The study will develop and implement a comprehensive framework for evaluating the impacts of this stimulus funding in six program areas, provide ongoing feedback regarding program implementation and performance, and create an evaluation framework to support future impact evaluations of the funded programs.
