Actus has been selected by the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment to conduct a new randomized controlled trial (RCT) impact study of the Colorado Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) program. The new project builds on an ongoing RCT impact study of the program, which was funded by Arnold Ventures.
For this project, Actus will develop a new RCT to examine the causal impacts of the program on the outcomes for Unemployment Insurance (UI) claimants, explore the mechanisms underlyng the program's effects, and assess whether behavioral interventions can enhance its effectiveness.
